This special collaboration model embodies the “aspiration” of Médecins Sans Frontières, which works across borders to meet urgent medical needs, and Astron's “aspiration” to pioneer the future. This collaboration model was launched in 2021, the 50th anniversary of Médecins Sans Frontières and the 140th anniversary of Seiko's founding.

Médecins Sans Frontières:

Today, we operate in more than 70 countries around the world, providing emergency medical assistance to people affected by conflict, natural disasters, or exclusion from healthcare. Our actions are guided by medical ethics and the principles of impartiality, independence, and neutrality.

Special design featuring “Médecins Sans Frontières” red coloring:
Based on a transparent white silver-colored dial, it is decorated with a special “red” color, the brand color of MSF.
In addition, glossy white ceramic is used for the bezel, the central row of the bracelet, and the tip of the crown, all of which are special specifications unique to this limited edition model.

Special Case back:
Case back bears the words “IN SUPPORT OF MEDICINS SANS FRONTIERES,” a statement of partnership with MFS, as well as the phrase “LIMITED EDITION,” a sign of the limited edition model, and the serial number.

Special box:
An exclusive special box is available, inspired by the First Aid Kit(*) and coordinated with the colors of the model. It is made of 100% recycled polyester with sustainability in mind, and the inside tag lays out a logo with the MFS symbol “Running Person”.
